Virgin Atlantic brought its top service and amenities to New Yorkers in a very unique way.
The airline transformed an ordinary New York City park bench into a first class seating area. Unexpected park visitors, who sat on the red cushioned bench, were treated to a little Upper Class in-flight experience with a difference – everything they would expect in the air, without ever leaving the ground. They were offered champagne and a menu to choose their cooked lunch by flight attendants and watched movies and shows being re-enacted right in front of them.
Great idea with an unexpected twist, it offered a memorable experience that created big impact among potential customers.
